description from direct communication with the artist:
“The Gaia images are named after “Mother Earth”. Alice gave specific titles to the ones shown in Finland and this one was “Psyche”. See my page on “Seals” for translation of our name seals. Alice was “Wei Ai Li” the “most beautiful one”.

This work was included with several others that were created especially for the El Art: International Exhibition of Electronic Art, Retretti Art Center, Finland (May-September, 1991). In 1991 Alice and I traveled to Retretti located in Northern Finland.”
