In the second part of work phase DIMENSIONS (1976-77), a cube is divided into two parts by one of the Cartesian planes. The two partitions contain independent rotations. They are projected into two dimensions and clipped by a square window (the projection of a cube at 0,0,0 degrees). As a graphic distinction, all lines inside the square window are thick whereas outside they remain thin.
